PLACING AN ORDER Once you finish browsing items and adding the appropriate sizes, colors, and quantities to your shopping cart, simply check out by clicking on the Shopping Cart icon on the top right corner of your page. Before checking out, you can always view the items in your cart by clicking on the same icon. Once you get to your Shopping Cart you can modify the quantity of items you wish to purchase. Since our business warehouse is located in New Jersey, only New Jersey shoppers will be charged sales tax. Based on Constitutional guidelines for interstate commerce, states can only require companies to collect sales tax in states where they have business operations.

ORDER FULFILLMENT All in-stock merchandise will be process and shipped out within 1-5 days upon order placement. ShopLF makes every effort to stock merchandise listed on the site, although occasionally it's possible to sell-out of certain items. If the item is not listed on the site as being sold out, you will be notified via e-mail and any changes will be reflected in your order total.
PAYMENT AND SECURITY All credit card transactions on ShopLF.com are processed with a secure online payment gateway that encrypts card details in a secure host environment. No credit card details will be held on ShopLF.com. To ensure full security of the shopping experience ShopLF.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
TRACKING AN ORDER Once your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Additionally, a separate shipping confirmation will be sent to you to let you know when your order has been sent out. We ship UPS and FedEx and all orders can be tracked using the numbers on the e-mail confirmation.
RETURN POLICY We pride ourselves in carrying the highest quality merchandise and try to provide customers with as many details as possible regarding an item's size and fit. For whatever reason if you're not satisfied or wish to exchange merchandise, we've made it as quick and painless as possible. ShopLF.com will accept returns and exchanges on merchandise within 14 days of receipt of item(s). ShopLF will only accept items that have not been worn, altered or washed. Items MUST be in perfect, unworn condition with all tags attached. Each order comes with a return form that includes instructions. This form must be filled out completely and included in your return package. You must also e-mail returns@shopLF.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number that must be written on the form. When shipping, please make sure the items are securely packed and sealed. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting your return package insured, as we are not responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves. Your refund will be processed in the orginal form of payment within five (5) business days. You will be notified via e-mail the progress on your return.
*Sale/clearance items, jewelry, and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/exchanged. *Any violation of the return policy may result in a declined return or a 50% restocking fee. *Shipping and handling charges on merchandise is non-refundable.
SHIPPING INFORMATION ShopLF.com uses many methods of shipping and gives you a full selection of shipping methods. UPS Ground shipping is used as standard shipping. For all other shipping methods, charges will be calculated and emailed after packaging.

Next Day: $0-99.00 = $21.00 Next Day: $100-249.99 = $26.00 Next Day: $250-399.99 = $31.00 Next Day: $400-649.99 = $36.00 Next Day: over $650 = $40.00
We generally process and ship orders within 2-24 hours after we receive them. We will expedite your order if you have chosen a faster shipping service. Please be aware that there are certain exceptions to shipping times due to credit card processing, high order volumes or item availability. If there is going to be a delay with your order we will contact you via email to explain. At the time of order you will recieve a confirmation e-mail followed by a UPS tracking e-mail once your order has been shipped.
Please note that circumstances do arise that are beyond our control. For instance extreme weather conditions, lost or misrouted packages due to UPS. In these rare situations, the delivery time can be delayed and expected shipping times are not guaranteed. We do everything within our control to expedite every order.
Shipping Rates for international customers vary extremely depending on delivery location, size of package, number of items & price of the order. The General delay for international shipments are International Customs from your country. Please note that the customer is responsible for any duties & taxes are imposed by your country at your country's border, this is an importing fee that most countries charge.
Custom fees are very common especially when ordering from the UK & Canada. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. For more information we suggest that you contact your local customs office before ordering. (If a package is stopped in customs it may result in a longer delay for delivery).
